We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team with analytical thinking, strategic vision, and the drive to make a real impact at one of Latin America’s fastest-growing e-commerce startups. What will you do at Dropi? Review financial statements and key performance indicators, ensuring information reliability for decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models to assess the viability and profitability of new and ongoing projects. Build sensitivity and scenario analyses (pessimistic, base, optimistic) to estimate risks and returns. Prepare revenue, expense, and cash flow projections as inputs for strategic decision-making. Calculate and analyze key metrics: IRR, NPV, Payback Period, ROE, ROA, and valuation multiples. Update models with actual data, measure variances against projections, and propose plan adjustments. Incorporate macroeconomic, operational, and commercial assumptions to project business performance. Your superpowers 1–3 years of experience in finance or analytical roles. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools. Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or others). Solid knowledge of project evaluation, cash flow analysis, and profitability analysis. Familiarity with financial metrics and macroeconomic and operational assumptions.
