CBRE offers you the best opportunity to consolidate your professional career! **About the position:** As a Finance Analyst at CBRE, you will apply advanced accounting principles and financial data analysis to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver comprehensive and accurate financial reports for a complex portfolio of CBRE clients and properties. **What you will do:** * Serve as the main point of contact and responsible party between sites at the National and/or LATAM level regarding reporting, accounting, and information requests. * Prepare cash flow statements projecting profits. * Perform balances and P\&L analyses of critical balances as part of operational improvement initiatives. * Carry out projections, forecasts, accounting closings, reports, accounts receivable, accounts payable, among others. * Create and record journal entries, ensuring that all expenses, receipts, owner distributions, funding requests, and other transactions for the accounting period have been accurately recorded. * Review and audit funding and payment requests to verify their accuracy, documentation, and authorization according to established operating procedures. * Facilitate the reporting of benchmarking metrics and KPIs. * Assist in budget preparation and monitoring. * Work closely with other departments to gather financial information and provide financial support for various projects. **What you need:** * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate finance. * Technical skills: Proficiency in financial analysis software and familiarity with data visualization tools. * Interpersonal skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
