Role Objective: This role focuses on the development and evolution of enterprise applications, including the creation of new features and comprehensive management of software incidents. You will play an active role in development projects, applying best practices in design, testing, and optimization, while collaborating with other technical professionals to ensure stable and efficient solutions in production environments. Profile Requirements • Academic Background: Technician, graduate, or final-semester student in Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. • Experience: Minimum 2 years of programming experience. • Required Skills: • Backend: Java, Spring Framework • Frontend: Angular • Databases: Relational databases • DevOps and CI/CD: Git repository management • Testing and QA: Application testing, debugging, and optimization • Architecture: Best practices in component design and clean coding • Desirable Skills: • Data and Analytics: Apache Spark • Others: Banking sector experience, conversational English Personal Competencies • Results-oriented with a focus on successful delivery • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Interest in sharing and adopting technical best practices • Collaborative work in development teams • Effective communication in technical contexts Main Responsibilities • Develop new application features using Java, Spring, Angular, Apache Spark, and relational databases. • Manage software incidents, covering the full cycle from analysis to implementation. • Actively participate in software development projects. • Apply best practices in development, testing, and code optimization. • Engage with industry communities and forums to share knowledge and gather relevant technical intelligence.
