




Job Summary: Provide technical and operational support to the GIS development team, managing ArcGIS platforms, configuring forms, and automating workflows. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical and operational support for GIS development 2. Management of ArcGIS platforms and workflow automation 3. Documentation, testing, and continuous improvement of geospatial solutions *Provide operational and technical support to the core GIS development team. *Support administration and updates of ArcGIS-based platforms. *Configure, update, and monitor smart forms in ArcGIS Survey123. *Support basic workflow automation processes using Microsoft Power Automate. *Document developments, operational workflows, technical configurations, and solutions implemented by the team. *Develop manuals, instructional guides, and functional documentation for platforms and technological processes. *Conduct functional testing and validation of geospatial solutions prior to implementation. *Manage, organize, and validate geographic information and spatial databases. *Support the creation of maps, dashboards, and geographic visualizations. *Track technical requirements and support the internal help desk. *Participate in continuous improvement and optimization processes for GIS technological solutions. *Generate technical reports and documentary support for territorial and technological projects.-Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technical degree 1 year of experience Languages: English Knowledge: ArcGIS, Automation, Database, Systems Development, JavaScript, Programming, Tracking, Operational Support People with disabilities: Yes Keywords: helper, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide
