Position Summary: We are seeking a Hardware and Continuity Analyst to manage hardware maintenance and upgrades, coordinate operational continuity, and resolve incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Join our team as a Hardware and Continuity Analyst at COMPUNET. Responsibilities Manage hardware maintenance and upgrades, ensuring availability and proper functionality. Coordinate with technical teams on infrastructure operational continuity. Analyze and resolve hardware-related incidents. Administer HP infrastructure (servers and storage). Manage storage area networks (SAN) and associated concepts (LUNs, thin/thick provisioning, snapshots, and pools). Define and oversee backup policies. Administer backup repositories (on-premises and cloud-based). Support the planning and execution of disaster recovery (DR) plans. · Requirements Prior experience in hardware analysis and maintenance. Knowledge of continuity systems and infrastructure management. Ability to work in both remote and on-site environments. Effective communication skills and teamwork collaboration. · Soft Skills: Resilience: Ability to operate calmly and effectively under pressure during critical incidents. Incident Management: Skill to diagnose, prioritize, and systematically resolve infrastructure failures. Adaptability: Flexibility to quickly adjust to changes in technology, tools, or priorities.
