What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: Responsibility 1: Support the implementation and monitoring of Occupational Safety and Health protocols to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibility 2: Collaborate with area leaders and colleagues in identifying risks and executing process improvement plans within Industrial Engineering. Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with local regulations, Iron Mountain’s organizational policies, and current occupational health standards. What You’ll Bring (Skills and Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have: Academic Status: Currently enrolled as a Technology or University student in Occupational Safety and Health or Industrial Engineering. Technical Knowledge: Solid foundational knowledge of industrial safety regulations and willingness to engage in continuous learning within operational environments. Proven Capability: Excellent service orientation, proactivity, and ability to work collaboratively under organizational compliance standards. Legal Requirement: Availability to sign an apprenticeship agreement (endorsed by the educational institution) and no prior apprenticeship contract, unless through a training chain.
