At ON OFF Tu Amigo Digital, we are seeking a Human Talent Manager (Maternity Leave Coverage) to join our team in Pereira. Provide operational and administrative support to Human Talent Management processes, with special emphasis on recruitment, well-being, development, and culture, contributing to the proper functioning of the department and the well-being of our collaborators. This role is ideal for you if you have: Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection, occupational well-being, and support for cross-functional human management processes.
