Role Objective Participate in the analysis, development, migration, and optimization of processes in IBM BPM / BAW, supporting enterprise automation initiatives. Required Profile Academic Background: Professional or technologist degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience: 1–3 years working with IBM BPM or IBM BAW. Experience in process development, maintenance, or evolution.
