Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting or administration professional with experience in payroll/accounting to provide technical and functional support, serve public sector clients, and propose process improvements. Opportunity to propose improvements in service processes. Required Profile: Professional in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in payroll and/or accounting processes. Experience in the public sector (budgetary, accounting, and human resources) is valued but not mandatory. Experience in customer service, technical support, or technical consulting. -Key Knowledge Areas: Colombian labor legislation and social benefits regimes (preferably public sector). Accounting and budgetary regulations. Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, formulas; basic macros desirable). Proficiency in accounting, budgetary, and/or payroll information systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical and functional support for financial and payroll information systems. Respond to public sector client requests with a focus on quality and timeliness. Assist users in utilizing tools effectively. Propose improvements in service and support processes. We seek a candidate with: High adaptability. Assertive communication skills.
