Job Summary: Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing hybrid infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity architectures, as well as leading and coordinating technical consultant teams. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in designing and executing complex infrastructure projects. 2. Mentoring and coordinating teams of junior engineers and consultants. 3. Continuous evaluation and strengthening of the client's security posture. Role Objective:  Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing hybrid infrastructure architectures, advanced networks, and cybersecurity strategies for the organization’s clients. Additionally, provides mentoring and coordinates the technical consultant team to ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). 1. PROFILE REQUIREMENTS * Education: Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of experience in senior technical consulting roles, critical infrastructure administration, and network design. * Key Soft Skills: Technical team leadership, strategic thinking, strong problem-solving ability, executive-level client communication, and risk prevention orientation. 2. REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES A. Advanced Networking and Connectivity (Critical) * Expert-level proficiency in routing and switching (Routing & Switching), IPv4/IPv6 addressing, VLANs, link aggregation, and redundancy protocols. * Advanced experience in configuring and troubleshooting virtual private networks: Site-to-Site VPNs (IPsec), SSL VPNs, and SD-WAN architectures. * Solid knowledge of network traffic analysis, latency diagnostics, bandwidth optimization, and Quality of Service (QoS) policies. * Advanced configuration of core network services: robust DNS, load-balanced DHCP, NAT/PAT, and dynamic routing. B. Cybersecurity and Penetration Testing * Demonstrated experience administering, deploying, and monitoring the Sophos ecosystem (Firewall, Endpoint, Email, Mobile). * Knowledge of automated ethical hacking platforms, continuous vulnerability management, and risk-based remediation (environments such as NodeZero, Tenable (Nessus), Qualys, Rapid7 (InsightVM), Greenbone, Aikido, Pentera, Cymulate). C. Business Continuity and Infrastructure * Advanced experience designing and executing backup, replication, and disaster recovery plans (DRP) in hybrid and multitenant environments (preferably solutions like Acronis / +Continuity). * In-depth administration of server operating systems: Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policies, migrations) and Linux platforms (Ubuntu Server, Nginx). * Advanced virtualization on market-leading hypervisors. D. IT Service Management (ITSM) * Understanding and application of ITIL v4 best practices (Incident, Problem, and Change Management). * Desired experience administering or operating service desk and endpoint management platforms, ideally the ManageEngine suite (ServiceDesk Plus, SupportCenter Plus, Endpoint Central). 3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Technical Leadership: Lead the design and execution of complex infrastructure projects, server migrations, and network deployments without impacting client continuity. 2. Operations: Directly support the Operations Management team in technical oversight, workflow optimization, and strategic decision-making during contingencies. 3. Team Coordination: Guide, mentor, and delegate tasks to junior engineers and consultants, ensuring tickets and implementations meet quality standards and agreed timelines. 4. Security Posture Assurance: Continuously assess and strengthen the client’s network perimeter and endpoints by implementing strict cybersecurity policies and Zero Trust principles. 5. Client Engagement: Participate in high-level meetings to present solution architectures, vulnerability reports, or contingency plans using clear, business-oriented language. 4.
