IT Implementation Project Leader – Focus on Regulatory Frameworks.

Job Summary: Business administration or engineering professional with experience in project implementation and management, process optimization, and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the full lifecycle of technological solution implementation. 2. Manage communication with clients and stakeholders. 3. Propose continuous improvements to the methodology. Professional in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in project implementation and management, process optimization, and regulatory compliance. Experience executing technology or financial projects, with emphasis on implementing regulatory frameworks such as SARO, SARLAFT, and/or similar frameworks. Additional studies in project management, as well as certifications related to risk management (SARO / SARLAFT), data protection, and regulatory compliance are valued, strengthening the ability to lead projects focused on operational efficiency, risk control, and regulatory conformity. Required Education: • Additional studies in project management. • Risk management training (SARO, SARLAFT) is desirable. • PMP certification is desirable. • Certifications in risk management. Main Responsibilities: • Lead the full lifecycle of technological solution implementation—from requirements gathering through project closure—ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and alignment with client strategic objectives. • Plan, monitor, and coordinate schedules, deliverables, and multidisciplinary teams, managing risks and incidents through preventive and corrective actions to ensure the success of each implementation. • Manage communication with clients and stakeholders, addressing requirements, reporting progress, and performing parameterization, configuration, and functional testing of implemented solutions. • Train end users and administrators, maintain process documentation per the QMS, and propose continuous methodology improvements aimed at operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University Degree / Professional Program 2 years of experience Knowledge: Coordination skills, Risk Management, SARLAFT Keywords: head, manager, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, supervisor
