Job Summary: We are seeking a creative Architect with solid technical knowledge to conceive and develop architectural projects, from conceptualization through construction supervision. On-site leadership and team coordination We seek a creative Architect with vision and solid technical knowledge, capable of conceiving and developing architectural projects from conceptualization through construction supervision. The primary objective is to design functional, aesthetic, and sustainable spaces that meet client needs and comply with current regulations. Required Profile · Architecture professional (site resident) with experience in execution and monitoring of architectural finishes, especially in: * Architectural carpentry. * Final architectural finishing works. * Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems. · Essential technical knowledge * Proficiency in Autodesk Revit * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Construction budget control * Schedule tracking and control * Reading and interpretation of drawings * Coordination of contractors and suppliers · Experience * Minimum 2 years’ experience in architectural finishing projects * On-site personnel management * Quality monitoring and delivery compliance * Specific experience in high-detail and specification-based finishing works. · Competencies · * Organization and planning * On-site leadership * Effective communication * Problem-solving ability * Attention to detail · Main Responsibilities · * Supervise finishing work execution on site * Ensure compliance with technical specifications * Control project budget and schedule * Coordinate contractors and operational staff * Report progress and site updates. -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Professional Degree 2 years of experience Languages: Spanish, English Knowledge: Microsoft Project Keywords: architect, arquitecto, architecture, arquitectura, jr, junior, in charge, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, team leader
