We would love for you to join our team and become part of this exciting journey. · Job Description You will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support for the execution of events across South America, ensuring schedule tracking, database updates, control of deliverables, and compliance with workflows defined by the team. · Your Challenges: You maintain order and speed in execution. You ensure zero errors in data uploads and database handling. You provide timely visibility on operational bottlenecks or risks. You support the execution of multiple simultaneous events. You update attendee databases and registration records. You perform data uploads and segmentation using designated tools. You track schedules and deliverables to ensure compliance. You schedule email campaigns and reminders according to the communication plan. You consolidate final participant lists and support post-event activities. · What We Need From You: You hold a technical degree or are pursuing/completed a university degree in Marketing, Communications, Administration, or related fields. You have at least 1 year of experience managing marketing databases. Experience coordinating or supporting events is a plus. You possess intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills, strong organizational ability, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, follow-up capability, discipline, and collaborative work ethic. · What We Offer: 100% remote work modality from anywhere in Colombia.
