Position: Junior Talent Acquisition Analyst Location: Colombia\- Bogotá (regional scope) Work Mode: Full-time / Hybrid 3x3 (In-office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager **JOB OBJECTIVE:** To execute agile and efficient recruitment and selection processes for operational and commercial profiles both nationally and regionally (LATAM), ensuring timely coverage, hiring quality, and a positive candidate experience in highly dynamic and high-pressure environments. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute large-scale recruitment and selection processes for operational and commercial profiles. * Manage end-to-end processes with guidance from the Regional TA Manager. * Post job openings on various recruitment sources and conduct resume screening. * Coordinate and conduct initial competency-based interviews. * Provide continuous follow-up on recruitment processes to ensure timely coverage and KPI compliance. * Maintain consistent and clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. * Support LATAM-level selection processes as required by business needs. * Record and update information in recruitment tools (ATS or tracking spreadsheets). * Ensure adherence to high standards of ethics, confidentiality, and responsible information handling. * Conduct basic offer negotiations under defined guidelines. * Provide support for continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition area. **Requirements:** --------------- **MINIMUM REQUIRED PROFILE:** **Academic Background** * Final-semester student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and selection processes. * Demonstrable experience in large-scale recruitment for operational and/or commercial profiles. * Preferred experience in national recruitment (Colombia) and exposure to regional LATAM processes. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * Proficiency in using job portals and social media as recruitment sources. * Basic knowledge of technology tools used in personnel selection (ATS, artificial intelligence, etc.). * Experience implementing psychometric assessments and competency-based interviews. * Proficiency in office productivity tools (Excel, Google Sheets). **KEY COMPETENCIES:** • High agility and ability to adapt to highly dynamic environments. • Proactivity and sense of urgency. • Problem-solving ability and sound judgment. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Negotiation skills. • Emotional intelligence for managing high-pressure situations. • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. • High standard of professional ethics and confidentiality. **Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Time-to-fill. * Achievement of hiring targets. * Quality of hired candidates. * Candidate experience. * Compliance with SLAs defined by the department.
