Job Summary: Manage and maximize relationships with VIP physicians, ensuring adoption, optimization, and renewal of expansion products, thereby increasing revenue and customer satisfaction. Consulting to improve profile visibility and performance The Expansion KAM will be responsible for managing and maximizing relationships with VIP physicians and specialists who purchase expansion products. Their primary objective will be to ensure adoption, optimization, and renewal of these products, thus increasing revenue and customer satisfaction. They will act as a strategic consultant to guide customers in using tools and products, ensuring they achieve expected outcomes. Responsibilities: - Key account management: Holistically manage relationships with VIP specialists, ensuring a personalized, high-value experience. - Comprehensive management of retention, loyalty, and relationship strengthening with customers - Product adoption: Support customers in implementing and effectively using purchased tools, maximizing their performance. - Customer profile optimization: Provide advisory services and support to enhance the visibility and performance of each specialist’s profile.
