Position: Quality Leader Academic Requirements: Professionals in healthcare, administration, or engineering fields, with a postgraduate degree in Quality Management Systems, Auditing, Healthcare Institution Administration, Occupational Health, or Management. Experience: Minimum 2 years of certified experience in: - Implementation of quality management systems or COPC standards - Quality auditing processes in contact center operations Salary: $3,888,700 + non-statutory variable component of $300,000 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Important: Availability for schedule adjustments according to operational needs (e.g., 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.) is required.
