We seek a **Voice AI Conversational Engineer**, with strong expertise in **AWS and ElevenLabs**, to design and implement natural, scalable, and high-quality conversational agents. You will be responsible for **designing, developing, and optimizing voice conversational solutions**, integrating **NLP, TTS, and ASR**, and leveraging advanced technologies to deliver seamless, personalized, low-latency experiences aligned with security and compliance standards. ### **️ Key Responsibilities** * Design and orchestrate **conversational agents** using **AWS Lambda and API Gateway**. * Manage state, context, and data persistence in **Amazon DynamoDB**. * Integrate and optimize **text-to-speech (TTS)** via **ElevenLabs (API)**. * Implement **low-latency, highly natural voice solutions**. * Work with **Amazon Transcribe and Amazon Lex** for ASR and conversational flows. * Develop in **Python**, using **boto3 and AWS SDKs**. * Design **secure, scalable serverless architectures**. * Ensure regulatory compliance by applying **IAM, encryption, and AWS security policies**. ### **✅ Technical Requirements** * Strong hands-on experience with **AWS**: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM. * Practical knowledge of **Amazon Transcribe and Amazon Lex**. * Integration of voice services via **APIs (ElevenLabs)**. * Proficiency in **Python** programming. * Experience with **serverless architectures** and scalable cloud solutions. * Knowledge of **NLP, ASR, and TTS** applied in production environments.
