This role is ideal if you have: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 5 years in software development, participating in complex projects and leading technical teams. Mobile development experience: Android / iOS Kotlin Flutter or React Native REST API integration Modern architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture) App publishing and maintenance on app stores Technical knowledge in: Git / version control CI/CD Service integration Software architecture Agile methodologies (Scrum) What will be your mission? Lead the full software development lifecycle, ensuring effective planning, analysis, design, development, and production implementation — guaranteeing quality, innovation, scalability, and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include: Designing, developing, and evolving scalable mobile solutions for the company’s products. Analyzing technical requirements and proposing efficient architectures aligned with business goals. Ensuring code quality through best practices, testing, and technical reviews. Researching new technologies to strengthen the development ecosystem. Leading and mentoring the development team to enhance their technical skills.
