Access to continuous training and professional development programs A major technology company is currently recruiting motorized couriers in Bogotá city, requiring candidates to own a motorcycle (model year 2018 or newer) and maintain valid documentation. *Responsibilities* -Retrieve modems, equipment and/or accessories according to assigned routes. -Report and record incidents encountered during visits. -Deliver recovered equipment and documents to designated collection centers. -Maintain equipment, accessories and documents in optimal condition for transport to the main office. *We Offer* -Salary: $1.750.905 + mileage allowance of 548.500 + statutory benefits + commissions. -Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (the last Sunday of each month is also worked and compensated per legal requirements); two Fridays per month involve routes in the Sabana region (Funza, Chía, Mosquera, Fusagasugá, Facatativá, Zipaquirá). -Working hours: Rotating shifts across three schedules – 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (44 hours per week). -Direct employment with the company. *Additional Benefits* -Seniority bonuses and vacation benefits. -One free day during the employee’s birth month. -Two family days. -One additional day for bereavement. -Professional development opportunity at a leading technology sector company. -Dynamic and collaborative work environment. -Access to continuous training and professional development programs.-Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma / Secondary education Less than 1 year of experience Languages: Spanish Skills: People management, Teamwork, Organization, Customer service Driver's licenses: A1, A2 Keywords: errand runner, messenger, courier
