This opportunity is for you! · In this position, you will be the key contributor to implementing, enhancing, and maintaining our Contact Center infrastructure, working directly with global teams. · What we seek: · Professional with a degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience delivering solutions on CCaaS platforms. Proven experience with NICE inContact or CXone and hands-on use of the Studio Scripting Tool. Solid proficiency in Contact Center technology tools: ACD, IVR, QM, and WFM. Demonstrable experience integrating with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Case Management.
