Installation and configuration of equipment and applications A technology-sector company requires a Level 2 Support Technician for the city of Santa Marta. Requirements: Education: Technical or Technological degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, and/or Support and Maintenance. Experience: Minimum 2 years in computer equipment technical support or similar roles, including in-person and remote handling of hardware and software service requests, such as: Assembly, installation, and configuration of computing equipment. Printer, scanner, and peripheral support. User profile configuration. Installation and configuration of authorized applications.
