We are currently seeking an Operational / Electrical Coordinator responsible for managing human, technical, and technological resources for the execution of solar energy projects, ensuring achievement of targets, timelines, and operational quality. This role will lead planning, monitoring, and control of on-site activities, guaranteeing sustainability and efficiency of assigned projects. Main Responsibilities Plan and execute assigned projects, ensuring adherence to schedules Coordinate and supervise technical personnel on-site Monitor the use of project resources (human, technical, and financial) Track progress and target achievement Prepare management reports and submit them to management Schedule weekly maintenance and installations Conduct on-site inspections and validate work quality Manage requirements for equipment, tools, and per diems Implement process improvement and optimization plans Train technical personnel under supervision Profile Requirements Education: Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields Experience: Minimum 2 years in related positions. Experience in personnel management and field operations. Knowledge: Execution and supervision of electrical projects; management of technical personnel; preparation of reports and project tracking; planning and schedule control; budget and resource management.
