High capacity to work under pressure and excellent customer service We are looking for an Operations Analyst with emphasis on payroll deductions and knowledge of Law 1527 of 2012. Technical or technological degree in Administration or related field, with 1–2 years of experience in credit processes, especially in payroll deduction products (management of agreements with public or private companies). Additionally, experience in database management, advanced Excel skills, and telecommunication tools. High capacity to work under pressure and excellent internal and external customer service.
