Use Salesforce CRM Service Cloud platform to ensure timely and appropriate responses. Coordinate solutions with operations and business units to ensure service continuity. Prioritize complaints and incidents, maintaining end-to-end case traceability. Promote the use of institutional technological tools to enhance the customer experience. · What You'll Bring (Skills and Qualifications) Minimum 1 year of experience in document management processes within the company or related sectors. High school diploma; preferably technical, technological, or university student in administrative fields. Solid proficiency in office productivity tools. Excellent professional written communication and composition skills. Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and capacity to work under pressure. Organizational skills, attention to detail, empathy, and customer experience focus.
