Support the consolidation and correct application of payroll and social security updates to ensure accurate payroll, social security, and social benefits settlements. 2. Consolidate updates for direct employees for the payroll process. 3. Provide support in preparing interfaces for uploading updates into the system. 4. Collaborate on the settlement of social benefits provisions. 5. Prepare contract settlements, including required documentation. 6. Collaborate on monitoring payroll account reconciliation, ensuring all records are objective and consistent with their nature. 7. Verify certifications requested by external entities corresponding to information provided by employees in their employment certificates. 8. Provide support via the designated email channel for employee inquiries, questions, and concerns. 9. Support the Administration and Benefits area by providing employee debt capacity information when required. 10. Assist in preparing reports requested by the department. 11. Ensure workflow remains up to date. 12. Perform all other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor that align with the nature of this position. · What we need from you: - You hold a technical degree in Payroll, Social Benefits, Administrative Careers, or related fields. - You have at least 1 year of experience in payroll and social security processes, including using software for recording updates and managing contract settlements. - You possess basic proficiency in office productivity tools. · What we offer: Remote work.
