You will play a key role in conceptualizing and structuring this ecosystem. Responsibilities Define and structure dispute and chargeback resolution processes. Leverage experience to contribute to the development of a new credit card processor. Establish operational guidelines and best practices for the process. Participate in defining the functional model of the processor’s operating framework. Manage and analyze ACH-related processes (payroll disbursement). Requirements 3+ years of experience (Semi-Senior) or 4+ years (Senior) in related roles. Knowledge of credit card processes, disputes, and chargebacks.
