If you thrive on challenges, this is where you can make a difference. · Your Challenges: You meet acquisition goals in Mexico, ensuring lead volume and CPL efficiency through continuous monitoring and optimization. You co-lead the comprehensive Performance strategy, integrating Paid, SEO, and Inbound under a unified funnel and growth vision. You foster a data-driven optimization culture, implementing ongoing analysis and testing to maximize results. You align communication and performance, ensuring brand consistency while prioritizing impact on demand generation. You co-lead, together with the Paid Media, SEO, and Inbound teams, the planning, execution, and optimization of demand-generation, conversion, and sustainable growth campaigns, while also providing strategic support to the Communications team to ensure message consistency and proper campaign adaptation to a results-oriented approach—connecting strategy, execution, and data to guarantee measurable impact on lead generation and investment efficiency. · What We Need From You: You hold a university degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital and performance marketing, managing demand-generation and lead-acquisition campaigns. You possess knowledge of performance metrics analysis (CPL, conversion, lead volume) and data-driven campaign optimization.
