Your Mission Provide strategic support to the Recruitment team, ensuring process agility and adherence to our quality standards to deliver the best possible experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities: Talent Management: Review and screen resumes (CVs) to identify the best-fit candidates. Interview Logistics: Coordinate and schedule interview slots with candidates and evaluators. Administrative Management: Support hiring-related procedures, scheduling of medical exams, and process follow-up. Networking: Post and monitor job openings across various job boards and platforms. Comprehensive Support: Collaborate on special projects within the Human Resources department. EDUCATION: Education: Students pursuing technical or technological degrees in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Skills: Strong organizational ability, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
