Position: Production Operator – Cota, Cundinamarca, and Bogotá D.C. Are you passionate about hands-on work, teamwork, and being part of a growing industry? We are looking for people like you: Committed, responsible individuals with at least 1 year of experience in production, logistics, or assembly processes, ready to take on new challenges and grow with us. What will you do daily? Receive, verify, and organize goods. Load and unload products. Assemble components using manual and electric tools. Inspect, adjust, and assemble parts. Support production processes according to technical specifications. What do we offer? - Fixed-term employment contract directly with the company, extendable to an indefinite term based on performance. - Current legal minimum wage + productivity bonus - Stable working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - Collaborative and safe work environment.
