Support the collection, organization, and analysis of relevant departmental information, contributing to the preparation of reports and indicators that facilitate decision-making and performance tracking. 2. Support the creation, updating, and organization of Salesforce project documentation, ensuring processes, requirements, and changes are clearly and accessibly recorded. 3. Support change management activities, contributing to the adoption of new tools or processes through communications. 4. Support various stages of technology projects, collaborating in planning, execution, and activity tracking to ensure achievement of defined objectives. 5.
