Role Objective: The QA Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality of applications and technological services by executing functional and automated tests, validating that deliverables meet defined standards. They will actively participate in agile teams, collaborating with development, business, and architecture, contributing a critical perspective focused on the continuous improvement of quality and automation processes. Profile Requirements • Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Tester. • Mandatory knowledge: • Testing and QA: test case design, execution and documentation; functional, integration, regression, smoke, and API testing; software quality validation; QA assurance • Leadership and Methodologies: Scrum and Kanban agile methodologies • Others: test automation with Python; incident management and tracking Desirable knowledge: • Testing and QA: familiarity with banking sector quality processes, guidelines, and standards • Others: test automation with Python and associated frameworks; API testing using tools such as Postman or similar Personal Competencies • Strong quality orientation. • Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. • Proactivity and autonomy in task execution. • Teamwork and consistent collaboration. • Clear verbal and written communication. Key Responsibilities • Design, execute, and document functional and automated test cases. • Validate the quality of applications, services, and technological components. • Execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, and API tests. • Identify, document, and track incidents and defects detected during testing. • Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with development, business, and architecture teams. • Ensure compliance with project-defined quality standards and guidelines. • Generate evidence and test result reports for project tracking. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA and automation processes.
