Job Summary: We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer for AI solutions with experience in programming languages, GitHub, and metrics to define KPIs and evaluation frameworks. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in designing test strategies for complex workflows A recognized technology company requires personnel for its team to work as a QA Automation Engineer. · Professional profile in Systems Engineering or related fields, with experience in QA automation and QA for AI solutions, programming languages (Java, Python, etc.), proficiency in GitHub and metrics, and experience in defining KPIs and evaluation frameworks. with emphasis on agents, tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and complex interaction workflows. Experience in designing test strategies for complex workflows: multi-turn, memory, routing, fallbacks, scaling, and autonomous agent behavior Functional knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph to interpret graphs, agents, tools, and retrieval pipelines. Experience with RAG, retrieval validation, ranking, relevance, and grounding Knowledge of conversational quality testing (text and voice): coherence, accuracy, safety, latency, and handling interruptions Experience in verifying critical data in regulated or mission-critical contexts. Experience in adversarial testing: prompt injection, social engineering, semantic attacks, and contextual manipulation Proficiency in GitHub for version control, code review, and collaborative work.
