We seek a Technology Recruiter, either a professional or a student in the final semesters of Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with a strategic focus on attracting IT talent (architecture, development, automation, and data), possessing the following skills: * Experience recruiting technology profiles (not mass recruitment). * Ability to hunt and actively search (LinkedIn, networks, contact database). * Ability to read and validate technical profiles. * Agility in response times and process follow-up. * Focus on building a resume database for ongoing processes.-Requirements- Minimum education: University / Professional Degree 1 year of experience Languages: Spanish Keywords: selection, recruiter, recruiter, headhunter, scout, recruitment
