Are you looking for a 100% remote job with flexible hours? This opportunity is for you! We are seeking Commercial Executives for cold outreach to clients, from any city in Colombia. Required Profile Academic Level: Certified high school diploma or higher Experience: Minimum 1 year selling intangible products, cold outreach, retention, or loyalty programs for intangible products Strong closing skills Excellent internet connection (position is 100% remote) Availability to work from any city in Colombia Employment Offer 100% remote work promoting quality of life. Uncapped per-unit commissions. Indefinite-term contract directly with Siigo. Base salary: Minimum Monthly Legal Wage (SMDLV) + uncapped commissions + full statutory benefits (average between $3,500,000 and $4,000,000) + Guaranteed bonus for the first two months + statutory benefits Work Schedule: Colombia: Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays: 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (44 weekly hours as per law) Mexico: Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (rotating schedule); Saturdays: 9 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (44 weekly hours as per law) Job Purpose or Function Contact existing Siigo product customers to identify new needs through consultative strategies, thereby expanding or acquiring new services.
