If you are passionate about challenges, this is the place where you can make a difference. · Your Responsibilities: You will handle renewals for assigned customers via skills-based routing, ensuring proper management, classification, and follow-up. You will receive customer calls through various service channels to identify why they have not renewed their product and achieve recovery of the outstanding balance. You will contact customers who have not renewed their invoices and identify the reasons for non-renewal, achieving collections. You will ensure documentation of all interactions. · What We Need From You: Completed technical degree Minimum 1 year of experience in portfolio collections management, customer service, customer loyalty, customer retention, and sales. Knowledge and proficiency in office tools. Experience simultaneously using multiple applications and systems. Excellent internet connection. · What We Offer: Remote work.
