If you are passionate about challenges, this is where you can make a difference. · Your responsibilities: Renew assigned customers through your skills, ensuring proper management, classification, and follow-up. Receive customer calls via various support channels to identify why they have not renewed their product and recover outstanding balances. Contact customers who have not renewed their invoices and determine the reason for non-renewal, achieving collection. Ensure documentation of all interactions. · What do we need from you? Completed technical degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in portfolio collections management, negotiation, customer service, loyalty, retention, and sales. Proficiency with office tools.
