More information: http://coderio.com **What We’re Looking For** We seek an RPA Technical Lead with experience in Power Automate to lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable automations. The role requires a strong technical profile, capable of leading RPA initiatives, collaborating across various teams, and participating in integrations with systems, APIs, and AI services applied to automation. **Responsibilities:** Design and develop automations using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop. Participate in technical analysis, estimation, and risk identification. Integrate solutions with APIs, databases, files, email, and other systems. Implement best practices for logging, error handling, and troubleshooting. Support testing, UAT, deployments, and production support. Conduct technical reviews and document solutions. **Technical Requirements:** 4+ years of experience in RPA / automation. Solid experience with Power Automate Cloud and Desktop. Experience integrating with APIs, SQL, Excel, SharePoint, and other systems. Experience technically leading RPA teams or initiatives. Strong troubleshooting, technical documentation, and best practices skills. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Intermediate/advanced English and strong communication skills. **Desired Qualifications:** Experience with Automation Anywhere. Knowledge of AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, OCR, or document extraction. Experience with SAP, Azure, and Power Platform governance.
