**About the Position:** As a CBRE Health, Safety, and Environment Supervisor, you will oversee a team responsible for creating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs for clients. This role is part of the Health, Safety, and Environment function. It is responsible for organizational programs and procedures to protect employees and surrounding communities. **Responsibilities** * Assist in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and client needs. * Evaluate new and existing programs to determine their suitability and need for changes. * Support the monitoring process for injury, illness, and incident performance. * Serve as a resource for staff and internal clients as a subject matter expert. * Supervise plans, guidelines, and procedures, ensuring that guidelines are up-to-date, complete, and effectively implemented. * Identify opportunities to reduce costs while simultaneously improving service quality.
