Required Profile Academic level: Certified high school diploma or higher Experience: Minimum 1 year in cross-selling, retention, or loyalty programs for intangible products Strong commercial closing skills Excellent internet connection (100% remote position) Availability to work from any city in Colombia Employment Offer Base salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage + uncapped commissions + 100% statutory benefits (average between $3,500,000 and $4,000,000) + guaranteed bonus for the first two months + statutory benefits Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (44 weekly hours as per law) Job Purpose or Function Contact clients who already use Siigo products, identifying new needs through consultative strategies to expand or acquire new services.
