Additionally, ensure the application of objective and effective evaluation methodologies, contributing to the onboarding of qualified talent aligned with the organizational culture and the company’s strategic needs. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields in human talent management. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel recruitment and selection, including knowledge of talent attraction, assessment, and selection—such as job posting, managing diverse recruitment sources, screening resumes, administering and interpreting psychometric tests, and conducting competency-based interviews. Contract Type: Project-based or service contract + statutory benefits.
