Our client is transforming its insurance technology landscape by moving from legacy systems to next\-generation Agentic AI\-powered solutions. Join a global team building intelligent systems that automate complex insurance workflows, enabling brokers to focus on strategic decision\-making and client relationships. **Responsibilities** * Identify high\-impact opportunities for AI adoption across Insurance Broking operations * Design, develop, and deploy production\-grade AI solutions that automate complex insurance workflows * Build AI\-powered applications leveraging LLMs, RAG, document processing, information extraction, classification, and agent\-based architectures * Collaborate directly with brokers, underwriters, and operations teams to understand business challenges and deliver scalable AI solutions * Own the end\-to\-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement * Develop robust AI evaluation frameworks, including testing, monitoring, performance measurement, and hallucination detection * Drive rapid experimentation and innovation using modern AI development practices * Improve operational efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and increase business productivity through automation * Mentor engineers and promote best practices for building reliable AI systems * Research and apply emerging AI technologies to solve insurance industry challenges **Requirements** * A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience * A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, Machine Learning, or related domains * Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript * Experience building and delivering AI\-powered products from concept to production * Hands\-on experience with machine learning models and Large Language Models (LLMs) * Experience with modern software development practices, including CI/CD and containerization * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills * Ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders * Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher) **Nice to have** * Familiarity with (Re)Insurance Underwriting Operations to better understand and support industry\-specific workflows * Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code with a focus on security, to support safe and consistent environment provisioning * Background in the Insurance industry to bring domain context to AI solution design * Experience with Monitoring and Observability tools to track system health and performance in production * Technical Leadership experience to guide teams and influence engineering direction **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn *EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
