What will be your mission? Design and build backend services that integrate generative AI models with real-world platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and intelligent user and internal team experiences. Responsibilities Build high-concurrency backend APIs. Integrate external systems, payments, and webhooks. Orchestrate AI agents and conversational flows. Integrate OpenAI, Claude, or other LLMs via API. Manage persistence, conversational memory, and asynchronous states. Implement validations, guardrails, and fallback mechanisms. Optimize costs, latency, and token consumption. Participate in backend architecture and microservices design. Collaborate with frontend and product teams on end-to-end AI experiences. Essential Requirements Solid production backend development experience. Proficiency in Python or Node.js. Experience building scalable REST APIs. Integration experience with external APIs and webhooks. Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience working with asynchronous systems and message queues. Experience integrating LLMs via API. Knowledge of context management and AI workflows. Technical English. Desirable Plus Skills Experience with RAG, embeddings, or vector databases. Cloud or Kubernetes experience. Event-driven architectures. Fintech experience. AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
