Currently, we are looking for a SENIOR SCRUM MASTER to join our xpertlovers family. · Job Responsibilities: Facilitate the agile process and various events, ensuring each achieves its objective and is completed within the allotted time. Ensure team alignment with organizational strategy through OKRs and the KBR BRP operational model. Support the Product Owner in backlog management, seeking the most effective approach. Manage impediments hindering the team’s progress. Manage team performance. Inspect and continuously improve team value metrics. Strengthen the various roles within teams. Review team continuous improvement plans. Facilitate information sharing both within the team and across the organization (e.g., ideation workshops, strategic planning). Provide tools to enhance team efficiency by identifying, facilitating, and guiding adoption of agility practices focused on continuous improvement and timely delivery of value. Implement initiatives to strengthen agile mindset adoption at the team level.
