We invite you to apply and join our team! Responsibilities Design test plans and test cases based on the product’s functional and technical requirements. Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests on the ERP system. Validate critical business processes within the software. Identify, document, and track reported defects. Ensure accurate error reproduction and proper technical documentation. Participate in post-implementation testing and production environment validation. Generate detailed reports on test results and quality metrics. Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure effective resolution of findings. Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes. Support test automation where applicable. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Public Accounting and/or Software Engineering or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise software testing (preferably ERP) and knowledge of accounting processes. Experience designing and executing test plans and test cases. Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and process validation testing. Experience documenting and tracking defects. Candidates who are solely ERP end-users without direct experience in technical validation or testing will not be considered. Experience in the following areas: Understanding of accounting processes and their corresponding calculations. Testing of ERP systems or enterprise software. Management of defect-tracking tools. Validation of accounting, financial, or administrative processes in software. Technical Knowledge Software testing methodologies. Defect-tracking tools. Handling of test environments and technical documentation. Database knowledge (basic SQL queries preferred). Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).
