This role is part of the Health, Safety and Environment function. It is responsible for organizational programs and procedures to protect employees and surrounding communities. **Responsibilities** * Assist in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and client needs. * Evaluate new and existing programs to determine suitability and need for changes. * Support the monitoring process for injury, illness, and incident performance. * Serve as a resource for staff and internal clients as a subject matter expert. * Supervise plans, guidelines, and procedures, ensuring that guidelines are up to date, complete, and effectively implemented. * Identify opportunities to reduce costs while improving service quality.
