Minimum 2 years of experience as an Analyst, Technologist, or Systems professional, or in related fields. · Technical Knowledge: Git. Databases. Azure proficiency. Computer equipment setup. User support to resolve functional questions regarding system usage. Creating and/or properly managing incidents related to service failures. Proactive detection of potential software failures before they occur. · Skills Oral and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to change. Capability to resolve unexpected issues. Methodical and organized approach. Up-to-date knowledge of new IT tools.
