We are looking for a Systems Technician or Technologist who wishes to contribute to the technological continuity of our operations, with at least 2 years of experience and fundamental knowledge of POWER BI. Requirements: • Must reside only in Bogotá • Technical or technological degree in Systems or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support and IT infrastructure • Power BI knowledge • Email configuration • Network equipment configuration • Data network configuration • Microsoft 365 knowledge • Microsoft 365 tools configuration • Basic server diagnostics • Basic cybersecurity knowledge • Advanced computer repair knowledge • Efficiently and effectively handle user requests and resolve issues. • Document and update the technical support process.
