




Job Summary: Provide on-site and remote technical support, perform equipment installation and maintenance, administer enterprise systems, and manage technological incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support to end users and incident management. 2. Administration of enterprise systems (CGUNO 8.5) and basic networks. 3. Support for technological implementations and server administration. Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users for hardware, software, networks, and printers. Perform installation, configuration, and preventive/corrective maintenance of computing equipment. Administer and provide basic functional support for enterprise systems, especially SIESA's CGUNO 8.5. Manage technological incidents, conduct diagnostics, and follow up until resolution. Configure and monitor basic networks, connectivity, remote access, VPN, and Internet. Execute backup verification and validation, restoration, and operational continuity. Support basic server configuration and administration for Windows servers and virtualized environments. Install, update, and manage antivirus, licenses, and corporate software. Document technical activities, inventories, maintenance tasks, and client updates. Provide technological guidance and advisory support to clients according to operational requirements. Promptly escalate complex incidents to the engineering department or specialists.
