Iron Mountain is looking for a motivated Finance Intern/Apprentice to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting critical payment application and identification processes and entering financial information into departmental portals, ensuring accuracy and administrative workflow efficiency. Responsibilities Ensure accurate payment application and identification by executing payment reconciliation procedures to maintain the integrity of financial records. Support data entry and maintenance on collections portals, ensuring up-to-date information is available to the team. Collaborate on routine administrative tasks within the Finance area, maintaining a strong service orientation and team support. Ideal Candidate Requirements Currently enrolled student in Finance, Economics, or a technical/technological program in Administrative or Accounting fields. Immediate availability to formalize an Apprenticeship Contract and no prior Apprenticeship Contract experience (except for training chain programs). Strong proficiency in process visualization tools such as Visio, with high attention to detail and analytical capability. Availability for a one (1) year internship, which is preferred. Benefits Salary equivalent to the current legal minimum wage, plus coverage by ARL (Labor Risk Administrator) and EPS (Health Promotion Entity). Work schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., under a hybrid work model. Location at KM 1.5, Bogotá–Siberia Road (one kilometer past the Guaduas Bridge along Calle 80).
