World Office, a leading company in accounting, administrative, and business solutions, is seeking a Technical Support Advisor with systems knowledge and an outstanding service attitude, focused on delivering efficient and high-quality support to our customers. Job Objective: To provide post-sales technical support to World Office application users via phone and virtual channels, supporting installation, configuration, and proper software functionality, ensuring a satisfactory and timely customer experience. Candidate Profile: • Technician, technologist, or student in Systems or related fields. • Minimum 1 year of technical support experience, preferably in a help desk environment. • Knowledge of application installation and configuration. • Ability to validate minimum hardware requirements, network capacity, and speed. • Proficiency with technological tools and digital environments. • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills. • Service-oriented attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
